People ask me why am I not writing as many pieces as I used to do.

The answer is that for the next six months I have to focus on writing my book for HarperCollins.

This doesn’t mean I am going away.

I plan to carry on writing for the news media at regular intervals or when I am asked to write something.

It just means I can’t consistently write features with the same intensity as in the past, if that is, I want to see the second half of my advance!
